As it stands we have Lui Myler & Mclellend as our HB options.
I think we ALL agree that's average at best if we want to be competing amongst the top 3 again.
Lui has been steady but again I stick by what I said when we signed him he isn't good enough nor the "type" of HB we need.
Mclellend is rumoured to be going on loan to HKR for the season so other than Gale surely we would be targeting at least another HB as well as Gale?

Disappointing season to end a disappointing decade on the league title front. It is now the longest period in our history since we were last crowned league champions(1983). Our successes have almost predominantly been in 30 year cycles- 1920's, 1950's and 1980's so this sequence is now broken.

We move on!

Have to disagree on the IL situation. Name me one other successful sports team that isn't owned by one person/family. Will be at Workington town. He’s signed a deal at the league one club having led them to the playoffs after taking over from Pryce. I’ve no doubt he will get them promotion in that time.
A massive loss to our club IMO- and too good for league 1- although he certainly deserves a head coach position.
Hopefully will see him back here in three years as our head coach!

No wonder our season has fallen apart. Absolutely disgraceful in defence for most of the season

Pity that Jordan is around at the same time that we have such a wealth of back row forwards, and because of the competition for places it prevents him from being an automatic choice. I just hope that both the Club and JC himself continue to hang on in there in the hope that he can make that second row/loose forward birth his own. He shone last night in a team that didn't have a single poor performer on show.
