It would be good if the club released a short video on their media channels explaining the work going on and the plans for Robin Park. The investment, how this will benefit the club, what facilities will there be in the long term - indoor fans’ bar, museum, restaurant, etc.

That, however, would involve them having to engage and be open with the fans and we know how much they hate doing that

Congratulations to Danny Wilson's England Youth team who have completed a 2-0 series victory over France today, with Hull FC Academy player Leon Stewart completing a hat-trick in this afternoon's win

Know literally nothing about this but assume having our academy head Wilson in charge of this national side and one of our players scoring a hat trick could been seen as positives.

Apart from stupid fixture decisions and poor commentary , sky are very good , just compare the bbc coverage as in , the cameras , absolutely awful compared to sky . It’s the rfl that need to be doing more . Would like to see the 7 tackle set expanded a bit more . Need to discourage this kicking into touch at every opportunity, 7 tackle set would do that , can understand teams doing it in the last 10 mins to see a game out , but it happens all the time , completely slowing the game down. I'm really not sure about the French signing.

Our back three is top notch imo and I'd rather see an out and out HB brought in.

I just can't see it as a prudent use of cap.

Went to the fanzone again before the game on Thursday, noticed a couple of improvements on the game prior which was good to see.

It seemed busier with glorious weather again allowing the fans to mingle under the arena stand (maybe word is getting out more).

A couple of streetfood vans (fish and chips, gourmet burgers), ice cream man was missing this time though? They had a young lad on guitar providing entertainment which was good plus fan competition (free beer as prizes).
