the worse 40 minutes the giants have played for a long time probably since leigh away in middle 8s they gifted leeds 20 odd points in individual mistakes and penalties in the 1st half and never recovered once they got their act together, leeds wont have an easier 40 minutes all year.

A mystery?Seems to be dropped for missing tackles yet others seem undroppable? We have a running half with real speed and tackles well for his position yet he can't get a game either? Both would be standouts at other clubs i suspect. Look at Cook Ellis Webster Clark Eden Green Clarkson Watts not deemed good enough for KR but majority excelled for Cas? Is it Powell or us?

Hull were simply the better side yesterday period .
Their players were simply more motivated then Rovers .
A few bad calls from the officials were against Rovers two blatant obstructions , Jake Connors kicks etc , but that’s no excuse . Hull played well and deserved the win .

I think the thing that frustrates Rovers fans about Hull fans is how fickle they are , they are notorious for it .

There were a few walking out on Thursday who seemed to be quite down about our prospects in the coming games, obviously down to our now alarming injury 'crisis.' I suppose time will tell, I agree with some comments on here that the starting pack wasn't right against Cas, but the lack of aggression and some devilment is what disappointed me, in a derby game, it was all a bit soft. Having had chance to see all the comments, yes we were the better side for 3/4 of game and deservedly had that 14 point gap but from the interception try to narrow it down to 8 points we never had the ball after that with everything going against us. One interesting thing was at 8 points down they took the easy 2 point penalty to narrow it down to one score and with Lilley in your side drop goal was layed on
