A young Nigerian man identified as Adeboye Hammed has shared a series of tweets defending the Nigerian youth against the older generation.
Hammed's defense of the Nigerian youth comes after President Muhammad Buhari said some of the Nigerian youth don't make effort to succeed because they depend on the availability of crude oil.
NAIJ.com had reported that the president made this statement at a business forum in Westminster, London. The president has also noted that his administration has delivered positively in economy and security areas.

The young man who made his opinion about the president's statement on Twitter, stated that the older generation never made opportunities available for the youth. He said the older generation are scared to retire from government paid jobs.
He also stated that older generation keep telling the younger ones to start a business and create jobs when they have never created jobs.
According to him, older generation are the ones in the government emblezzing the country's money. He also advised the older generation to stop blamming they youths because they are the ones who made the youth into what they are.
