Suspected ‘drug lord’ killed in shootout; pushers and users voluntarily surrender

In Surallah, South Cotabato, the threat of execution of persons engaged in illegal drugs in the country obviously sent a chilling effect as 23 of those listed as possible illegal drug pushers and users have voluntarily showed up to the police and vowed to reform.
