I went to a health and wellness seminar a few days ago conducted by Kamalaya Koh Samui founder Karina Stewart and top Singaporean nutritionist Karin Reiter. The seminar discussed the secrets to longevity and healthy aging. I came away from the lecture more enlightened and inspired than ever before. The key point that really resonated was the critical role that the mind plays in the aging process. The mind and body need to be aligned and balanced to keep our bodies in tiptop shape (both on the outside and inside). One essential element to this balance is sleep.
