By PNA/Xinhua Washington – Air pollution is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, and women with diabetes may be more susceptible to its effects than others, a long-term US study said Wednesday. Berlin – The main cabin crew union at Lufthansa has called off a strike planned for this week after progress was made in talks with management over retirement and pension benefits.
