Weight Watchers shares slide as CEO James Chambers resigns
Shares of Weight Watchers International Inc. skidded in Monday's extended session after the company said Chief Executive James Chambers has resigned, effective Sept. 30, and the company has begun its search for a successor. The company has also formed an interim leadership office to oversee operations until a permanent CEO has been appointed. Weight Watchers stock skidded more than 7% after hours.
