Midland States Bancorp stock slightly higher in trading debut
Midland States Bancorp. Inc. shares rose 4 cents on their first day of trade on the Nasdaq, listed under the ticker symbol 'MSBI.' The company sold 3.6 million shares late Thursday at $22 a share. Sandler O'Neill + Partners L.P. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc. were lead book-running managers on the deal, with D.A. Davidson & Co. and Stephens Inc. acting as co-managers.
