Ford Motor Co. will resume production of its best-selling F-150 pickup truck at its Dearborn, Mich., plant on Friday, and its Super Duty pickup truck at its Kentucky truck plant and F-150 production in the Kansas City, Mo., factory on Monday, the company said late Wednesday. Ford halted the pickup trucks' production last week after a May 2 fire ravaged a supplier's plant in Michigan.
