Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt last month instructed his staff to give hefty pay raises to two top aides, the Washington Post reported late Thursday. That contradicts what Pruitt said Wednesday, when he said in an interview he just found out about the raises the day before. "I found out this yesterday and I corrected the action and we are in the process of finding out how it took place and correcting it," Pruitt told Fox News.
