Chinese online fashion company Mogu to offer 4.75 million ADS in IPO, priced at $14 to $16 each
Chinese online fashion company Mogu Inc. set the terms for its planned initial public offering on Friday, saying in a regulatory filing that it plans to offer 4.75 million American Depositary Shares priced at $14 to $16 each. The ADS represent 118.8 million Class A shares, said the filing. Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and China Renaissance are joint underwriters on the deal. The company has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "MOGU". The company had $71.3 million of revenue in the six months to end September, and a net loss of $44.2 million.
