NCAA tournament odds: Which teams are favored in tournament
Duke is the favorite to cut down the nets in Minneapolis.
Duke’s sensational freshman class led the Blue Devils to the No. 1 overall seed, and they’ll open the 2019 NCAA tournament as the betting favorite to win the national championship in Minneapolis. Duke is seeking a sixth national title in program history – and the Blue Devils have won two of their five championships in Minneapolis (1992 and 2001).
The 1985 Villanova Wildcats were the lowest-seeded team to win a title, upsetting Georgetown as the 8-seed. If any 8-seed manages to cut down the nets in 2019, bettors could potentially make a ton of money.
Here are the NCAA tournament championship odds for each team in the field, listed by seed.
