Jhonattan Vegas hit the longest putt in the history of the legendary 17th hole at The Players
70 feet!
The final round of The Players Championship has had all sorts of twists and turns down the stretch as a number of big-name players have been in a position to make moves.
While there’s been plenty of drama, there was also some pretty awesome history made, as Jhonattan Vegas knocked in the longest putt in this history of the legendary 17th hole when he drained a 70-footer for birdie.
After a poor tee shot left him barely on the green, Vegas stepped up and hit a miraculous putt that brought him to 14-under and one stroke behind the leader.
And the place went nuts:
What. A. Putt.
And what a final round at TPC Sawgrass.
