An explosion went off in Caracas while Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was giving a speech to hundreds of soldiers during a celebration of the National Guard's 81st anniversary on Saturday.
State television was broadcasting as Maduro spoke when suddenly an explosion was heard. A video showed Maduro's wife Cilia Flores looking up and wincing and hundreds of soldiers of running in chaos.See the rest of the story at Business Insider
