OSCE Special Representative for the South Caucasus intends to contribute to the settlement of the Karabakh conflict
ArmInfo. The newly appointed OSCE Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Rudolf Michalka, assured that he would try to do everything for the OSCE to
increase its efforts to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Michalka said this during a meeting with the chairman of the Milli
Majlis (parliament) of Azerbaijan, Ogtay Asadov.
In turn, Asadov spoke in detail about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The head of the Azerbaijani legislative body complained that during
the 25 years of negotiations on the settlement of the conflict, the
OSCE Minsk Group was unable to present a normal document, show a
normal solution. "The Minsk Group should increase its efforts to
resolve the conflict," Asadov said. In turn, Mikhalka, in
particular, said: "I will try for the OSCE to increase its efforts to
