3.9-magnitude quake reported in Armenia
A 3.9-magnitude earthquake shook Syunik province’s area five kilometers far from the city of Kapan on Tuesday at 10:17 am, the press office of the Armenian emergency ministry reports.
The seismic center was at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The strength of the shocks in Kapan was recorded at 5 on Richter scale, and in Goris and Kajaran at 4 to 5. One 3.3-magnitude aftershock was reported as well. --0----
