One third of Armenians dissatisfied with new prime minister’s activity
A public opinion survey conducted by the Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center in Armenia has found that about one third of Armenians were dissatisfied with the performance of the new prime minister Karen Karapetyan.
According to Sona Ayvazyan, the executive director of the Transparency International, 34.5% of the survey participants conducted on the Anti-Corruption Center’s page in Facebook, said they were satisfied with the activity of prime minister Karen Karapetyan.
Another 16.8% of respondents described the prime minister’s work as ‘positive’ and 29.4% said they were dissatisfied with it.
Asked how they could assess the steps taken by the prime minister to improve the business environment, 30.6% responded negatively, 28% assessed the efforts of the prime minister as satisfactory, and 17.9% as positive. The online survey polled 653 users of Facebook.-0-
