Gazprom's directorial board to uphold purchase of additional Gazprom Armenia shares
At its session on November 28, Gazprom's directorial board is going to uphold the purchase of additional shares of Gazprom Armenia CJSC, TASS says referring to the company's report.
According to the report, some changes have been made to the Gazprom regulations at the same session.
On November 21, the board will consider the issue of participation of managers in the holding's authorized capital and on November 22 it will consider things at dual-fuel market in Russia and the price-making scheme for exporting natural gas.
In 2013, the board considered the issue of participants of the updated optional program for managers and members of the directorial board and the date of its launch, but results were not released to public.
