Jazz Jam at Noise S.F.
The Fourth of July is a holiday for brassy horns, and you can get a head start during Sunday at Noise, a shop that sells classic vinyl on weekdays and hosts a honking jazz jam every Sunday in the Outer Richmond.
The music is in back of the store, by the piano and drum kit, where shopkeeper Danny Brown, a touring professional sax player, is the bandleader.
Audience members, called Noisemakers, can sit down on the couch or browse the bins and the gallery of jazz-influenced art while they listen.
