Pence voices concern about Notre Dame police records bill
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana Gov. Mike Pence is voicing concern about a bill that would shelter private college police departments from following the same open records law requirements as law enforcement agencies at public universities.
The Republican governor said Monday that he hasn't decided if he will veto the bill that was approved amid a high-profile court fight between the University of Notre Dame and ESPN over the private university's police records.
