Bikers and police conducted a joint raid in Almaty
As part of an intensified enforcement operation, police identified 213 traffic violations. A total of 59 vehicles were impounded, including 13 mopeds and three motorcycles.
During the patrols, experienced motorcyclists also held outreach sessions with other members of the biking community. They emphasized the importance of following traffic laws, adhering to safety requirements, and respecting other road users.

"We want to see motorcyclists themselves take an active role in shaping a culture of road safety. Members of the biking community understand the nuances of operating two-wheeled vehicles and can communicate safety requirements to their peers in a much more relatable and accessible way," noted Abdinur Tasybayev.
According to Tasybayev, it is vital that motorcycles be perceived as standard road users, and that riders comply with the law, taking responsibility not only for their own safety but for the safety of those around them.
