Donald Trump warns Iran it has ’48h before all hell will rain down’
Donald Trump has warned ‘time is running out’ for Iran to ‘make a deal’ in a 48h ultimatum.
The US President vowed to unleash ‘all Hell’ on Tehran if it didn’t sign an agreement or lift its blockade on the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump’s latest rant on his Truth Social platform contained a major grammatical error and a bizarre reference to God in an apparent suggestion of divine intervention.
He wrote: ‘Remember when I gave Iran ten days to MAKE A DEAL or OPEN UP THE HORMUZ STRAIT. Time is running out – 48 hours before all Hell will reign down on them. Glory be to GOD! President DONALD J. TRUMP.’
Despite Trump’s claims this week that Iran’s military had been ‘completely decimated’, a search remains ongoing for a US serviceman after two warplanes were hit in separate incidents.
The president has continued to use his social media accounts to conduct diplomacy while taunting and lambasting his critics.
This week he lashed out at Bruce Springsteen, saying the singer’s plastic surgery made him look like a ‘dried-up prune’ and urging his supporters to boycott his ‘overpriced’ concerts.
Springsteen, known as ‘the boss’, has used his gigs to frequently criticise Trump and lament the state American politics.
In his latest diatribe at a popular figure, Trump wrote of Springsteen: ‘Bad, and very boring singer, Bruce Springsteen, who looks like a dried up prune who has suffered greatly from the work of a really bad plastic surgeon, has long had a horrible and incurable case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.’
