I looked like a normal girl before getting the world’s biggest lips – docs now say filler could kill me but I don’t care
A WOMAN who says she has the ‘world’s biggest lip’ has revealed that she had six procedures in one day, and still wants more filler, despite it being potentially life threatening.
Andrea Ivanova, 26, has said that she plans to have filler injected either side of her nose, to even her face out and preserve her youth.
The influencer, from Bulgaria said that doctors have told her that getting more filler could cost her her life, but also claimed medical professionals told her that the procedure was vital to stop her from getting wrinkles.
She said: ” My doctor said that it is very important [to have filler] in these areas as if there is none, then over the years, my face will look aged.
“As I have a large amount of filler in my lips, as well as in my cheekbones, there is an accumulation of filler on both sides of my face, causing wrinkles.
“Such delicate areas need to be hydrated and injected in order to keep things fresh and young”.
Andrea has spent over £20,000 on her huge lips, and has now decided to spend £437 on filler around her nose, as she noticed that she had begun to get wrinkles in that area.
She said: “This area is quite dangerous for injection since the sinuses are located there, as well as many blood vessels.
“It’s possible that if these are blocked, the situation could be life-threatening.”
Andrea said that she has been told by doctors that she has gone too far with the procedures, but added that this has not stopped her.
She said: “They are convinced, though, that I’m going too far with the enlargement of my cheekbones, too, but I am absolutely adamant that I will continue with these procedures without stopping”.
Recently, Andrea had six different procedures done in one day, which cost her £830 in total.
She had chin shaping, enlargement and lengthening, jaw shaping, lip augmentation and cheekbone enhancement.
Andrea admitted that this was extreme, and said she had previously only had three treatments in one day.
The influencer started her transformation back in 2018, with the aim of looking like a Bratz doll.
Last year, she auctioned off kisses for cash, in a bid to make enough money to fuel her pricey habit.
What are the risks of lip fillers?
THE RISKS of dermal fillers depend on whether the procedure was done correctly and the type of filler used.
The NHS recommends you speak to your practitioner about the risks beforehand.
Serious problems are rare but can include:
- Infection
- A lumpy appearance under the skin, which might need to be treated with surgery or medicine
- The filler moving away from the intended treatment area, which may need to be removed using surgery
- Scarring
- Blocked blood vessels in the face, which can cause tissue death and permanent blindness
You should see your GP if you have any complications that need medical attention and speak to your practitioner if you’re not happy with the results or experience lumpiness.

Discussing her lips, she said: ” “I like my lips now, more than before and I feel very good and very happy with my new lips.
“According to me with bigger lips I look prettier and in Bulgaria this is fashion now.
“There are people who like me with bigger lips and there are people who like me with smaller lips but it doesn’t matter to me, because it’s important for me how I like it.
“Other’s people opinion is irrelevant.
“I’m broad-minded and I think people should be free to choose, which one is for them big, bigger or too big. There are no boundaries for me.”
