US authorities begin interviewing personnel, including Indian crew members, onboard crippled ship
US authorities are investigating the collision of the container ship 'Dali' with Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has begun interviewing crew members, including Indians, on board. The 984-foot ship collided with the 2.6-km-long bridge, causing it to collapse into the Patapsco River. The ship's managers, Synergy Group, confirmed the safety of all crew members, with one minor injury. The Indian Embassy in the US is in close contact with the 20 Indian crew members.
