Love Island’s fans spot ‘bitter feud’ between Gemma Owen and Tasha Ghouri as model makes very pointed statement
LOVE Island fans are convinced they have spotted a “bitter feud” between Gemma Owen and Tasha Ghouri – because of a blazer.
Last week Gemma Owen launched her brand new collection with Pretty Little Thing and eagle-eyed fashion lovers spotted the design of one item was very similar to one made by a smaller designer.

Pretty Little Thing strongly deny claims the style has been copied from this designer.
Yesterday Tasha Ghouri posted a snap of herself wearing the Oddmuse design – leading her followers to speculate it was a pointed dig at Gemma.
There is no suggestion Tasha, who previously admitted it was hard to keep in touch with everyone on the show, was aware of the ongoing blazer drama.

One person commented: “Subtle shade towards the PLT team behind Gemma’s edit – you love to see it .”
A second added: “This is way too much of a coincidence.”
Others defended Tasha saying: “People are saying this is shade to Gemma/PLT but Tasha is not the petty type. Probably a weird coincidence.”
The Oddmuse blazer first launched back in 2020 and has been a huge hit for the brand – coming in various colours and materials.
Fans rushed to point out how similar PLT’s design was and also noted how they released the same blazer two years ago.

At the time owner Aimee Smale hit out at the copycat, saying: “It’s infuriating. My business has been about a year in the making. I created the brand as a response to the fast fashion industry.
“The whole brand is introducing a slower side to fashion to young women my age, who are shopping labels like PLT and Boohoo.
“I’m encouraging the customer to spend more on their clothes and make it more of an investment, than constantly spending on this “wear it once and throw it away” culture.
“Girls my age are tempted by the ridiculously cheap prices, but it’s unethical in every way. So when they copied my design I felt like it summed them up.”
