He was originally jailed for 16 years in 2018 after former Big Brother star Chloe described how she had been kidnapped and drugged in Milan when she turned up for a bogus photoshoot.
Michal Herba had his sentence reduced after a hearing in Milan, during which his lawyers argued Chloe had taken the tranquiliser Ketamine herself and was not drugged .
But the claim dismissed by the judge, Milano Corriere reports.
A court heard how Chloe was bundled her into the back of a car before driving to an isolated farmhouse, where she was kept for six days before being released.

She broke down in tears as she described how she was drugged, thrown in a duffel bag and then bundled into the back of the car after being jumped in Milan.
“Straight away I felt drowsy and I fell to the floor unconscious. When I started to wake up I was in a restricted space, I was in a black duffel bag,” she said.
“I had tape all around my mouth and I had handcuffs on my wrists and handcuffs on my ankles.”
