The illusionist’s identity was a closely-guarded secret with him not even performing his full act during rehearsals to avoid anyone discovering who he was.
Last year he brought the judges to tears with his magic trick that was aided by his three-year-old daughter Isabella as he told the story of how he and his wife had battled to conceive her using IVF.
His act had viewers in tears as he revealed how his wife Tessa developed breast cancer while pregnant putting them both at risk.
The emotional performance moved presenters Ant and Dec so much that they used their Golden Buzzer to send him straight through to the semi-finals.

Marc’s time in the contest came to an end in the semi-finals after he finished in third place and was sent home when the judges were tied the choice reverted to the public vote.
He was beaten by eventual series winner Robert White.
Viewers had been desperate to find out who the magician is after he appeared wearing a white masquerade mask and a black hood over his head.
During this next appearance he wore a black suit with a black shirt and leather gloves.
He secured his place in the final after he impressed the judges when he managed to prove the connection between hosts Ant and Dec by giving the former an electric shock on the bottom, which led to the latter leaping from his chair and clutching the same spot on his backside – despite nothing touching him.

He then asked Simon Cowell to pick a word from a list – in this case he chose “hope” – and instructed Amanda Holden to scroll to the first post shared on his Instagram account back in April.
The photograph showed Simon standing in front of the sign “hope” with X lingering in the spooky background.
His mysterious skill dazzled the viewers at home and he was sent straight through to the next round after winning the overall public vote.
