Zinedine Zidane has named Liverpool forward Sadio Mane as Real Madrid primary transfer target this summer.
According to Spanish news channel, Marca, the Frenchman, who recently returned as Los Blancos boss is a big fans of the Senegalese and was thrilled with his performance during Liverpool’s away win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League round of 16.
The report further revealed that Zidane is insisting on landing Mane at the end of the campaign after keeping close tabs on him over the years.

Interestingly, Mane has been improving every campaign since his switch for €41.2m fee, from Southampton to Liverpool, netting 53 times along with 21 assists in 111 matches for the Reds.
Additional report from France Football claim that the Los Blancos sealed a transfer agreement with Mane last summer, but the switch did not see the light of the day after Zidane's unceremonious exit.
The 26-year-old Mane has netted 20 times this campaign with 17 coming in the English topflight.
At the moment, Mane is valued at 85 million euros in the Transfermarkt, but Liverpool will be eyeing more than the €150m they sold Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona.
Reacting on Mane’s superb performances in recent time, club boss Jurgen Klopp applauded the Senegalese hard work, stressing there are no shortcut to success.
"Sadio almost always played like that, but now he's in the right place at the right time," he noted.

"The only thing he did when he wasn't [in his best form] was to always work, work and work,” Klopp submitted.
Earlier, Legit.ng reported Manchester United are set to rekindle their interest in Real Madrid midfielder, Toni Kroos, after the German reportedly decided to leave the La Liga side in the summer.
The 29-year-old has been a long-term target for the Premier League giants since his time at Bayern Munich, with several United managers initially attempting to lure him to Old Trafford.
The attempts failed as Real Madrid snapped him shortly afterwards in 2014.
