Both players had sustained injuries during a 2-0 win over Genoa on Monday.
Perin was replaced at halftime, while Vlahovic was not even involved as he sustained an injury during the warm-up in the second half, while preparing to come on as a substitute.
“During the warm up carried out in the second half of the match against Genoa, Dusan Vlahovic suffered an issue with his left calf,” Juventus said in a statement.
“As a result, he underwent diagnostic tests this morning at the J Medical, which revealed a low-grade lesion of the soleus muscle.”
Vlahovic had just returned to action after being sidelined for four months. The Serbia international underwent surgery due to an adductor injury in December and only made one substitute appearance since his return, playing for barely ten minutes.
According to Sky Sport Italia, this latest injury setback will force Vlahovic out of action for 20 to 30 days.
“Mattia Perin, who was substituted at half-time in yesterday’s match due discomfort in his right calf, also underwent tests that did not show any lesion,” Juventus continued.
“His condition will be assesed on a day-to-day-basis.”
Juventus added that Vasilije Adzic, who had suffered a right ankle injury while on U21 Montenegro international duty, is continuing his recovery.
