Juventus put Guido Rodriguez talks on hold, target Bournemouth defender
According to Gazzetta and Sky Sport Italia, Juventus have put talks with West Ham midfielder Guido Rodriguez on hold and have set their sights on Bournemouth defender Marcos Senesi, whose contract expires in June.
Juventus are on the market for a central midfielder this month, and according to several sources, West Ham’s Guido Rodriguez is among their main targets.
Guido Rodriguez willing to join Juventus
According to Gazzetta, the Bianconeri are interested in bringing the Argentine to Turin on a dry loan deal, and the player is open to moving to the Allianz Stadium, where he hopes to get more playing time to convince Lionel Scaloni to include him in the Argentina squad for the 2026 World Cup.
Spalletti in no hurry to sign Guido Rodriguez
Sky and Gazzetta, however, report that Luciano Spalletti is in no rush to sign Guido Rodriguez and wants to assess other possible options before securing a deal with the West Ham midfielder.
Gazzetta adds that Juventus could take at least 10 days to decide on their next central midfielder.
According to the report, the Bianconeri have also set their sights on Bournemouth centre-back Marcos Senesi, who has just six months left in his contract and is also being followed by Spanish and English clubs.
