* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected.
- GENERAL SEAS...2 to 4 ft this evening, building to 5 to 7 ft
tonight, then increasing to 10 to 12 ft Monday afternoon.
- FIRST EBB...Around 845 PM Sunday. Seas to 6 ft.
- SECOND EBB...Around 9 AM Monday. Seas to 10 ft with breakers
likely.
- THIRD EBB...Around 930 PM Monday. Seas to 14 ft with breakers
possible.
* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.
* WHEN...From 7 AM to 11 AM PDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.
