The popular topic of the evening among late night hosts on Wednesday was the new development in the situation with porn star Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump, and this latest bit of news actually caused a (feigned) physical reaction of disgust from “Late Late Show” host James Corden.
As you may know, Trump is alleged to have had an affair with Daniels and then paid her ahead of the election in 2016 to stay quiet about it. The story has been slowly ballooning over time, but this week it really exploded when Daniels filed suit against Trump, claiming that the non-disclosure agreement was “invalid” because Trump never actually signed it.
