One of the best quarterbacks in college football will be on display when Bo Nix and the Oregon Ducks (7-1) visit the Colorado Buffaloes (1-7) on Saturday, November 5, 2022.
The Ducks enter the matchup after winning 42-24 over the California Golden Bears in their last game on October 29. The Buffaloes are coming off of a loss to the Arizona State Sun Devils by the score of 42-34. Nix had 412 yards on 27-of-35 passing (77.1%) for the Ducks in that matchup against the Golden Bears, with three touchdowns and two interceptions. He also added 12 carries for 59 yards and three rushing touchdowns. Noah Whittington ran for 66 yards on 10 carries (6.6 yards per carry), adding five receptions for 67 yards and one touchdown. Kris Hutson had four receptions for 67 yards (16.8 per catch) against the Golden Bears. J.T. Shrout recorded 222 passing yards while going 13-for-34 with two touchdowns and one interception for the Buffs against the Sun Devils. Deion Smith carried the ball 24 times for 111 yards (4.6 yards per attempt) with one touchdown. In the passing game, he added one catch for 15 yards. Jordyn Tyson collected five catches for 115 yards (on 11 targets), with one touchdown.
