In fact, she doesn't know about ANY of the articles of the Treaty of Lisbon. But she does know what flowers smell like.

This dog does not understand that according to the terms of Article 50 any member state may decide to withdraw from the Union in accordance with its own constitutional requirements.
He could try to understand it, but he wouldn't get very far.
