Netflix’s first animated film will star Channing Tatum as George Washington
Netflix’s first animated film is coming. It’s called America: The Motion Picture, and as reported by Deadline it’s “an R-rated revisionist history tale about the founding of the country.”
The film will star Channing Tatum as the voice of George Washington, and has a script by The Expendables’ David Callaham (who is also currently at work on an untitled Zombieland sequel). It will be produced by Matt Thompson and Adam Reed, the duo behind Archer, and Thompson will also direct.
