Donald Trump Will Not Pursue Charges Against Hillary Clinton (Video)
President-elect Donald Trump will not pursue further investigations of Hillary Clinton related to her private email server or the Clinton Foundation, senior adviser Kellyanne Conway said Tuesday.
“I think when the President-elect, who’s also the head of your party, tells you before he’s even inaugurated that he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone, and content,” Conway said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
She continued: “If Donald Trump can help her heal then, perhaps, that’s a good thing.”

Conway’s comment come after nearly two years of Trump calling Clinton “crooked” and holding rallies where his followers chanted “lock her up.”
A source told “Morning Joe” that Clinton has “been through enough,” according to co-host Mika Brzezinski.
During the second presidential debate in October Trump said, “If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there has never been so many lies, so much deception.”

During the same debate, Trump famously said, “You’d be in jail,” when Clinton made a comment about what would happen if Trump were in charge of the country.
FBI Director James Comey initially said that no reasonable prosecutor would try to charge her, but re-opened the investigation a week before the election, only to close it again two days prior to Election Day.
It is unclear what criminal charges Clinton could have faced.
