Extraction Oil & Gas Inc. on Thursday set the terms of its initial public offering, saying it will offer 33.3 million shares in a range of $15 to $18 a share. The company is planning to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol 'XOG', according to a regulatory filing. Credit Suisse, Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Citigroup are lead underwriters on the deal, with another 10 banks acting as co-leads.
