By Tom Parsons
April 21 – Stoke City have entered into a six-year sponsorship agreement with bet365 which will see the Britannia Stadium become the bet365 stadium, and announced plans to extend the ground.
The deal will begin at the start of the 2016/17 Premier League season and through this the club plans to be able to extend the stadium with a “filling in” corner.
An extra 1,800 seats will be built in between the DPD and Marston’s Pedigree stands which will lift the capacity of the stadium to over 30,000.
