Create a dynamically scalable infrastructure for ML model [Python]

We are looking for a highly skilled Python developer with experience in building scalable infrastructure for ML models. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Python programming language and related libraries, as well as experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

We currently possess a script that can run our ML model, but we require an API to be developed for it. The model's billing is based on the duration of its execution, therefore the API must be capable of dynamically adjusting to accommodate varying numbers of requests.
