Tokayev appoints new ambassadors to South Korea and Myanmar
Tengrinews.kz — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed new ambassadors of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Korea and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, according to the Akorda press service.
In particular, by presidential decrees:
Asset Zhenisuly has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Korea;
Margulan Bakytuly, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Thailand and Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar concurrently.
It was also reported that, by decree of the Head of State, Nurgali Almasbayevich has been relieved of his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Korea.
