Major system outage hits specialized public service centers in Kazakhstan
Tengrinews.kz – A system failure has occurred in all of the country’s specialized public service centers (special TsONs).
What happened
Readers of Tengrinews.kz report that the electronic queue system has stopped working at Astana’s special TsON.
“Queue tickets are given out only from 9 to 10 in the morning, and only 300 in total. At any other time you can’t get a ticket, and these are all the tickets for the entire day. People stand there all day. On top of that, new people keep arriving who don’t know about this; they can’t get a ticket, even for a fee (through a personal manager). When will this chaos end? People come from other cities and cannot receive services,” readers wrote to the editorial office.

The press service of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” confirmed the problem and noted that the incorrect functioning of the system is creating difficulties in the provision of public services.
“In all special TsONs across the country there is a temporary malfunction in the system. In this regard, there are difficulties with providing public services through the special TsON line. Responsible specialists are working to restore functionality. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience,” the statement says.
