Whitney Leavitt has broken her silence on the Taylor Frankie Paul drama surrounding her recent domestic dispute.

Now, Whitney is addressing the situation in a new interview, pressing that safety comes first.

“I have a lot of emotions about it and I’m still processing everything that’s happening, but the safety of human beings, especially children, comes first,” Whitney told Interview magazine. “Always, period, the end. And I don’t want that to be tolerated. I don’t want that to be overlooked. It’s just so fresh. That’s all I have to say about that.”
She also addressed if her Chicago journey will be featured on the show.
“There’s a lot of union laws, so there’s not a lot of behind the scenes that you’ll see, but you will see all the girls coming out for opening night, which I think will be really cool,” Whitney shared.
With her budding acting career and wanting to focus more on scripted projects, Whitney revealed if she would keep filming The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
“There have been some talks of other Broadway shows, but I want to focus on the scripted space. I really enjoy it. I literally just filmed an audition for a show on Netflix right before our interview,” she said. “I’m grinding. I send in an audition almost every day. It’s a very competitive space, but I want to put in the work. And I want to show people that I’m putting in the work. This is what I really want. But never say never. I love stuff like Dancing with the Stars and Traitors.”
“But as far as Secret Lives, I just don’t know. I don’t know what that future looks like, especially right now,” she added.
If you missed it, fellow Secret Lives star Jessi Draper reacted to reports the cast was “upset with Taylor” for “stealing the show.”
