Luka Vuskovic makes decision about returning to Tottenham after Hamburg loan
A report has shed light on what Luka Vuskovic is thinking about returning to Tottenham Hotspur this summer amid a relegation battle.
The Croat has forged a reputation as one of the best young defenders in world football during his loan spell at Hamburg so far.
His performances have not gone unnoticed across the continent, with some of the biggest clubs in Europe eyeing a summer move for Vuskovic.
In fact, it has emerged over recent days that Barcelona have already held initial talks over a move for the Spurs teenager, whose profile could be boosted further if he stars for Croatia in the World Cup this summer.
Luka Vuskovic does not want to return to Tottenham
Some sources have suggested that Spurs have no intention of letting go of the 18-year-old defender, who they see as a potential long-term option in the heart of their defence.
However, it has now been revealed by The Daily Mail that Vuskovic may have other ideas this summer.
The report claims that the Hajduk Split Academy graduate is ‘not keen to return’ to the North London club at the end of this season.
If that is true, Tottenham may have some real headaches this summer, with the European elite looking to poach many of Spurs’ best talents.

Vuskovic will not be returning to Hamburg
It is unclear where the Croatian international will be playing his football this season, but it seems certain where he will not be playing.
There have even been claims over recent months that the young Spurs centre-back wants to extend his stay at Hamburg for one more season.
However, HSV sporting director Claus Costa has admitted that Hamburg have ‘absolutely no chance’ of retaining Vuskovic’s services beyond the end of this campaign.
