Phased re-opening of Barca’s Camp Nou sees capacity rise to 62,000+
March 11 – FC Barcelona has taken another step towards the full reopening of the redeveloped Spotify Camp Nou after receiving the first occupation licence from Barcelona City Council for part of the stadium’s next operational phase – taking its current capacity to more than 62,000.
The licence – which covers Phase 1C of the project – will allow the opening of the Gol Nord stand along with several new VIP hospitality areas.
