Today’s weather: Clear skies, spring temperatures
Sunday’s weather is expected to be mostly clear across most of the island, though localised cloud cover is expected to affect some parts.
Temperatures will rise to a maximum of 19 degrees Celsius inland and on the coasts, and eight degrees Celsius in the mountains.
Overnight, the skies will remain largely clear, with temperatures set to drop to six degrees Celsius inland, eight degrees Celsius on the coast, and a chilly minus two degrees Celsius in the mountains.
Frost will therefore form in higher ground in the early hours of Monday morning, with the remainder of Monday set to see increased cloudiness and possible rain in the mountains.
Clear skies are expected elsewhere through the start of the week, with temperatures set to rise over the coming days.
