Celebrities React to Alex Pretti's Shooting at Hands of ICE Agent
On Saturday (January 24), a 37-year-old ICU nurse named Alex Pretti was fatally shot and killed by an ICE Agent in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Department of Homeland Security claimed that he “violently resisted,” but video evidence analyzed by news outlets and citizens “show a federal immigration officer removing a gun” prior to shooting him, CNN reports. There’s no point in the video that clearly shows Alex with a gun in his hand.
This is the third shooting by ICE Agents in Minneapolis this month.
