Poll: How Many Surfboards Do You Really Need?

Are you a one-board-to-rule-them-all person? Or is your car stuffed to the roof with foam, necessitating surgeon-like precision when extricating one from the trunk? 

When it comes down to it, surfboards are a great unifier. As surfers, we may not all take to the water clad in neoprene, and some have very limited experience riding waves in just boardshorts. But we all need a plank of foam and fiberglass to get there. So it begs the question, how many surfboards exactly does one need? 

The ideal quiver size is subjective and will no doubt vary due to factors like location, wave preference, experience, storage space and budget.
