Manufacturer to pay Philadelphia man wounded by holstered pistol
PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania: A Philadelphia jury awarded $11 million to a man injured when his holstered Sig Sauer P320 pistol discharged unintentionally, marking the second major verdict against the gun manufacturer this year over claims that the P320 model is defective.
The plaintiff, George Abrahams, a U.S. Army veteran and painting contractor, was descending stairs with the holstered pistol in his pocket when
