SA residents could cop $20k fine for failing to self-isolate
South Australians who fail to self-isolate could cop a $20,000 fine, under strict new rules to curb the spread of COVID-19.
The state's Health Department has committed an extra 300 beds to prepare for the coronavirus peak.
Premier Steven Marshall is reportedly considering shutting the South Australian border after the state recorded it's biggest daily jump in cases since the outbreak began.
